I wanted to share my experience working as an A&H employee, I am currently working for an University IT dept. in Adelaide and this is just a comparative experience I am sharing.
I think A&H did a tremendous job with UniSA and ticked all the boxes when it comes to client satisfaction and being sensitive to the client’s needs. When I work with big vendors on projects at my current job, I think they miss the personalised attention and ‘care’ factor. We have to chase after them for every small detail or task which takes them ages to respond to. Whereas at A&H we were direct, quick with responses and it was usually other way round to chase clients for the actions pending on their end.
Just wanted to share my gratitude to the team for the learning experience as well as congratulate the team for being efficient and effective to complete a project. 😊
