About the Client:
AllNeeds Computer is a locally owned and operated company which has been trading for over 20 years. They specialise in the latest gaming hardware & peripherals. They also have a service centre to fix any PC or notebook problems.
Challenges
Our client was looking for competitive advantage by improving their Customer Experience (CX). Real time display of freight charges was one of the cornerstone features. The idea behind that initiative was to reduce the time displaying the relevant details to their online customers.
Approach
After conducting detailed requirement analysis & review of their existing platform, we shared our findings with the customer and highlighted the areas where improvements were needed. The key element of this engagement was to make integration with Australia Post API. This enabled our client to maintain competitive advantage and also became the first step towards operational excellence.
We were able to understand the Customer Experience (CX) challenges as we are experienced in building and scaling high-traffic websites and/or high volume transaction processing and analysis platforms.
